Monday was a bank holiday so I decided to take Tuesday off too. I spend the long weekend doing exactly what I wanted to do (nothing) and recovering from my overtime at work. For 2013 I have promised myself a new job (with working fewer hours!!)
Dressing up always recharges me and so do my vintage coats. This coat looks like one I wore a few posts ago but it's a different coat. I seem to pick out the same style coats and it's hard to pass them up. I got this one for $10.00 at a thrift shop. It was way more than that to have it cleaned! But here is my look for church and brunch a few Sundays ago.

You look great. I love your coat. I really need to start thrift shopping. I have only ever been a couple times.
ReplyDeleteIt is great that you had a long weekend. Everyone needs to recharge their batteries sometimes.

I love your coat! What a steal for only $10! It's funny because today i posted on my blog about a coat I thrifted for under $20 that ended up costing almost four times as much to have it cleaned! Hope you're able to recharge and get your resume ready!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
