Every year at Christmas-time I break out these pants. Last year I wore them to a buffet (because they're over-sized and have an elastic waist) and this year I wore them to a buffet. Do you see a pattern here?
I paired them with an ancient Old Navy sweater in a light bottle green color. This sweater has been in the back of my closet for years because it's too low cut for me. I put it in a "donate" pile earlier this fall but decided to give it one more chance at life by layering it over a denim shirt. The sweater clung to every pucker of the denim shirt so it still has one foot out the door and another on a banana peel! The vest was a last minute addition, to hide the bulging sweater and add another color to the look.
Milo sends his love! He was unable to attend today's photo shoot due to his busy schedule.

Love the leopard print accessories! Shame about the top not working well even when layered, although it looks good in the pictures :)

I love this look my dear, those wide leg cream trousers are so so chic! I love how they look styled with the printed shoes and clutch, both pieces really pop. I also think you've once again done a wonderful job with layering, the vest is a perfect and cosy finisher :)
